as it waits to intake scenic lakes
caged beside the modern minivan
interior shows appropriate wear
cigar scent shifts between seats
engine cricks when switching gears
through all these years the finish
still pristine in forest green
blurs yesterday into oak lines
the glove box leaks future fines
